- Louis BDon’t know what some folks are griping about. Every time I’ve gone there it has been clean, plenty of machines available and I’ve never lost a single quarter. Sounds like someone is confusing Surf City with their Las Vegas experience losing to the one armed bandits. By far the best laundromat in Santa Cruz. Prices are comparable to any other. Was there earlier this weekend and it was whistle clean as usual with no derelicts in sight.
